Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party assists in the resolution of a dispute between two or more parties.  It is an informal and non adversarial process, designed to help the parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Tracy has been practicing for over 26 years, is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator,  Civil Mediator and has also been trained in Collaborative Law.  She is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals  and the Indiana Association of Mediators.

In addition to our mediation services, our office specializes in Family Law issues, including divorce, custody, child support, parenting time and modification issues. 

Collaborative Law is a method of practicing law which is focused on cooperation as opposed to adversarial litigation.  The practice of collaborative law represents a paradigm shift in the approach by the attorneys and parties away from litigation, exclusively working on settlement.
