Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party assists in the resolution of a dispute between two or more parties.  It is an informal and non adversarial process, designed to help the parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Tracy has been practicing for nearly 25 years, is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator,  Civil Mediator and has also been trained in Collaborative Law.  She is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals  and the Indiana Association of Mediators.
